As a condition of applying for the project, you must send this registration form correctly and pay the entry fee, in the amount included in the offer you received by email.
Payment of the entry fee (confirmation of identity) confirms the conclusion of the contract under the following conditions:
1. The registrant agrees to pay the entire amount for participation and possible stay in accordance with the received confirmation of participation, which will be sent to you by e-mail after receiving this registration form from you. Payment can be made by any entity, but the responsibility of the applicant (payment from his bank account or club account) is personal.
2. The confirmation generated on the basis of the notification made specifies the terms of the concluded agreement.
3. The consumer is provided with the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within 14 days. In order to withdraw from the contract, you must send an official cancellation notice to the email address office@aroundthesport.eu, no later than 14 days after sending this form.
4. The organizer reserves the right to increase the prices of the services provided by up to 8% of the amount stated in the offer you received by e-mail up to 14 days before the start date of the organized event. These services are to a large extent provided by external entities, i.e. owners of sports facilities, hotels and other accommodations from the offer you received by e-mail, catering companies or transportation companies, which similarly protect their interests and may also raise the prices of services provided to us.
5. The person who registers his team participation in the selected project at the time of sending this application form, accepts the terms of resignation and cancellation costs of the project, which will be sent to you by email along with the confirmation of participation.
